Lol, that's the team I used in diamond. I might make a different team for HG. All of my pokemon are IV/EV trained with specific movesets.

I don't EV train, no patience for it!
Still need a ds mmmm.
I use Dragonite and Salamence in third gen games, but hgss is second so I still need to find a replacement.

wdf is IV!!! i have a level 100 ev trained pokemon trained for defense and special defense its horrible i hate it ahah

IV = individual values

They pretty much determine how high your stats are going to be when you're maxed out. Hacking your pokemon is no fun.
